Tallmadge tailback Tyler Fortner may not be on top of the world, but he's close. According to one national Web site that tracks high school football, Fortner is third in the country in rushing - and leading Ohio - heading into a Division II regional final against Archbishop Hoban at 7:30 p.m. Friday at Twinsburg Tiger Stadium.
